I work to improve people’s lives through the various services that I offer, whether that is through individual counselling or workshops and therapy groups that use mutual support to heal and empower. My services are offered either face-to-face or remotely via Skype or Zoom.

Individual Counselling
I help you explore your worries and fears in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Relationship Counselling
I will listen and provide independent guidance on resolving conflict and trust issues and bring back the closeness and intimacy in your relationship.
Drug and Alcohol Addition
I will help you manage the urges and cravings, explore the underlying trauma and show you ways to develop positive and supportive relationships.
Stress and Anxiety
Anxiety can become debilitating and take over all facets of your life. I will work with you to explore the root causes of your anxiety and teach you how to overcome it.
Anger Management
I will teach you to recognize and deal with your anger by mastering anger management techniques.
Professional Supervision
I am an Accredited Supervisor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). I offer professional supervision for Clergy, Chaplains, Counsellors and students engaged in a counselling course.
Porn and Sex Addiction
I have been helping individuals who struggle with sex addiction for the past 17 years. I help you explore causes and triggers and repair relationships with both yourself and others.
Approach, Philosophy & Qualifications
Christian Counselling
I have been practising as a counsellor for the past 17 years, seeking to create sustainable change for all of my clients. Throughout the counselling journey I walk alongside my clients offering them my presence, support and understanding. I also provide effective and useful strategies to help them overcome the challenges they face.
Prior to becoming a counsellor, my wife and I were Christian missionaries for 13 years. During this time I worked extensively with young people and families. With a sound understanding and training in theology and counselling, I am able to integrate Biblical principles and counselling strategies to secure the best outcome for my clients.
Qualifications
- Clinical member and an accredited supervisor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)
- Listed in the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (ARCAP)
- Master’s Degree in Counselling
- Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling
- Bachelor of Divinity
- Advanced Certificate in Christian Counselling and Family Therapy
